PHILADELPHIA — Dec. 2, 2019 — Hop into the holiday season this December with new gaming and dining promotions at Rivers Casino Philadelphia. Enjoy the New Year’s Eve Dinner for Two special at Hugo’s Frog Bar & Chop House. Meanwhile, enter for a chance to win a 2020 Hyundai Elantra and a prize package to the Big Game in the Sportsbook Ticket Giveaway. Hugo’s Frog Bar & Chop House — Enjoy the New Year’s Eve Dinner for Two and Buck-a-Shuck offerings at Hugo’s Frog Bar & Chop House:
- New Year’s Eve Dinner for Two — On Tuesday, Dec. 31, Hugo’s Frog Bar & Chop House is celebrating the end of a decade with a Dinner for Two special. Guests can enjoy a special New Year’s Eve menu, including a three course dinner, champagne toast and dessert, all for $175. Tax and gratuity are not included.
- Buck-a-Shuck — Buck-a-Shuck days, featuring $1 oysters, are Thursdays from 5-8 p.m.
On Fridays and Saturdays in December, guests will enjoy live piano music in the casino’s first-class steakhouse from 6-10 p.m. Live music on Thursdays is from 5-9 p.m.
Mian — Enjoy the new menu offerings, $18 lunch special and dim sum all day at Mian:
- $18 Lunch Special — From noon to 6 p.m. daily, guests can enjoy fried rice, General Tso’s chicken, shrimp and scrambled eggs, and many other offerings on Mian’s lunch specials menu. Lunch specials come with a soup, appetizer, entrée and dessert, all for $18.
- Dim Sum — Guests can enjoy shrimp spring rolls, shu mai, pork ribs with black beans and many other offerings featured on Mian’s dim sum menu.
- New Menu — Guests can enjoy new menu offerings for lunch and dinner. New featured menu items include Hong Kong-style stir-fried clams, mapo tofu, and a tomato and beef entree.

2020 Hyundai Elantra Sweepstakes — From Sunday, Dec. 1 through Saturday, Dec. 28, Rush Rewards Members will receive one free entry and can earn additional entries into the Hyundai Elantra sweepstakes for every 25 tier points earned. On Friday, Dec. 27 and Saturday, Dec. 28, from 7-9:30 p.m., five winners will be selected every 30 minutes to win a Reward Point Prize. At 10 p.m., five winners will be selected to win up to 1,000,000 Rewards Points or a 2020 Hyundai Elantra.Sportsbook Ticket Giveaway — From Sunday, Dec. 1, 2019, through Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2020, guests will receive one entry into the Sportsbook Ticket giveaway for each professional football wager of $200 or greater for the chance to win a prize package to the Big Game. - A Night in Wonderland Party —From 9 p.m. until 2 a.m., enjoy an Alice in Wonderland-themed New Year’s Eve party.
